The personal data controller is MOVITECH MOVITECH Ł. MARZEC I WSPÓLNICY with the seat in Kraków, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number 0000345214.

The Controller shall not collect personal data without the User’s consent, and it shall only collect the data pertaining to the use of the Application. Such data is collected automatically.

Automatic data includes:

• name of the User’s device
• ID of the User’s device in the system

Automatic data may be used by the Controller to improve the quality of services, especially in the event of Application errors.

It is impossible to amend or remove automatic data.

The application uses maps provided by Google Maps API (https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en) and Apple Maps (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/maps/terms-en.html).

This app uses Bluetooth and location permission to automatically play the recordings.
